Intramerica Real Estate Group, a wholly-owned subsidiary of GE Commercial Finance Real Estate, is a leading real estate firm in Mexico, investing capital either directly or with joint venture partners. We are one of the largest owners and operators of industrial real estate in Mexico with more than 18MM sq feet in properties for lease or sale in 20 locations.

We currently manage close to two hundred properties worth in excess of 850 million dollars. These properties are strategically located in Central, Northeast and Northwest Mexico, making us one of the best alternatives for manufacturing and logistics businesses looking to establish or expand operations in Mexico.

Our team is made up of professionals located in 12 states, and our corporate headquarters are in the city of Monterrey, Nuevo León.
